We'll hold your package for 7 days free of charge once it arrives at the location. After day 7, $50 JMD daily storage fee applies. If a package remains uncollected for 30 days, it may be sold to cover shipping, clearing, and storage costs.
After your package reaches our Florida warehouse, please allow 5–7 days for shipping, customs clearance, and pickup availability. For any delays, you’ll receive an email update. You can also check your package status online.
We’ve already set up your address in your account, and it includes your Shevy's shipping ID. That ID helps us make sure your package is yours. Just copy the address from your account exactly when placing orders.
Small packages cannot be shipped by ocean freight. *Sea shipping is available for:* Crates, Engines, D-Boxes, E-Boxes, EH-Boxes, Barrels, Large Appliances like Refrigerators & Stoves, Washers, Dryers, Large Furniture, and any items 10 cubic feet or more.
